I had some Alarm.com hardware lying around and thought I’d see if they could be reconfigured to be used outside of the alarm.com platform. After a bunch of trial and error I managed to convert those devices away from the alarm.com platform and back to running HIKvision firmware giving them new life again! Below is the hardware models for Alarm.com and the HIKVision equivalent that I’ve found so far.
