Just go for it…

Whatever you do or whatever you want to do, just go for it!

Do not let anybody or anything hold you back!

You cannot be afraid of what others might think about you, you are not trying to please them!

You need to do what makes you happy and if you are reserved or afraid of what could happen, just go for it!

You will never know if you don’t go for it, you might surprise yourself and find out that there was nothing to be afraid of!

Letting others control what you do are just negativity that you do not need in your life. You are not living to please them!

I had let my fear of what others could be thinking about me while working out keep me from going to the gym. When I would go I would just get a minimal amount of workouts done quickly and then leave (I probably spent a total of 15 to 30 minutes doing strength and cardio). Do not be intimidated by those working out in the gym, no matter what they look like they all started their journey somewhere at some point just like you are. There is no easy road for hard work, but that hard work will payoff in the end. Whatever your goal is, just set one make a plan to get to that goal and just go for it! Do not be discouraged if you can’t lift as much as somebody else working out around you, you have to start somewhere just like the next person.

 

You will find out that getting in there and trying something helps you get over those fears, the self doubt or whatever might be holding you back.  This doesn’t just apply to going to the gym, this can be applied to anything you do in your life or dream of doing in your life.

 

Now go out and conquer!
